Apartment Review for St Francis Place Apartments - San Francisco, CA

This is not rent controlled and have recently raised some rents as much as 45%. Filthy frayed carpets in halls, dinged up hall walls, stinking waste chutes, no security, anyone can come in at any time, elevators break down, hot tub breaks down, gym equiptment is dangerous, maintanence is shoddy, they half fix things and take a long time, dogs pee in the halls and dog poo gets stepped in and brought inside. owners do NOT clean up after their dogs, and they can have more than one! need I say more! This is NOT a luxury apartment that they want you to think it is. Rent somewhere else, you can get a better deal, nicer staff and folks that care.
