Apartment Review for The Villas Parkmerced - San Francisco, CA

Like the other person stated, i also have only been living here for a year. After my lease is up, my rent is going to go from $1270 to $1700/month. There was new management that took over, but I really don't know the reason why the rent to going up drastically. Now I have to move out. My boyfriend's car has been broken in to. Talk about security, the criminals even had time to smoke a cigarette in his car. Security said on Friday's and Saturdays, then spend most of their time breaking up parties. And mold, mold is everywhere. In the bathrooms, in my bedroom closet, and on the walls of the living room and kitchen. They can clean it, but it just keeps coming back. So with the high rent and mold, look somewhere else. It is not anything special.
