The shootout involving two men happened about 2:20 a.m. on the 1600 block of Eddy Street, in front of the Fillmore Center, police Sgt. Neville Gittens said. The shooters missed each other, but one of the bullets went into a Fillmore Center home and hit a woman's TV, Gittens said. The woman was not injured. Police arrested one of the suspected gunmen, Gittens said. His name was not immediately released.
