Apartment Review for The Fillmore Center - San Francisco, CA

I lived at the Fillmore Center for 3 years while attending school in San Francisco. I moved back to LA a week ago, & I am SO happy to be out of there. I have a growing list of complaints about the Resident Services Office & the Leasing Office, but my main complaint is that they are unprofessional & have terrible customer service. Anytime I had to call about maintenance or some other issue, I rarely got to speak to someone right away. And worst of all, they do NOT return phone calls. The only way to get them to do anything is to physically go into their office, & even then, they are incompetent & unreliable. With the exception of a few people, they are rude & not helpful. I would definitely not recommend this apartment to anyone.
