We lived here for one year between 2007-2008. The resident manager was the best, and we had friendly neighbors as well. A mix of many retired senior citizens and young adults. The property is well maintained, and any problem was fixed within one or two days. Our apartment rent included garage parking, and there is laundry in the building. Highly recommended if you are looking for a low key place in the Inner Richmond.  Need to rent an apartment?
