units facing to streets: you'd hear lots of noise from outsie even in the middle of night units facing to courtyard: you'd hear kids screaming constantly! no joke! you can even hear their voice in the elevator! elevetors are always down gets hot like crazy! constantly clooges toilet courtyard is connected to the one of 111 jones street apartment, which has a totally different management. tenants from 111 jones would climb up the gate and come to 201 turk street courtyard and make mess everyday. the management would not take any action! garage is only for those who have been living in there more than 10 years whole hall smells like SHxT if someone starts cooking fish! which happens all the time, since there're many chinese and vetnamise living in there
