Great location, extremely poor management

Great location but not worth the headache of dealing with the drama and BS. The landlord neglects the place while claiming angrily to be on top of everything whenever you ask him to fix something - pretty out of touch with reality, doesn't seem to realize he's in a service business.  Need to rent an apartment?
