Apartment Review for 1645 Folsom St - San Francisco, CA

I actually really like this place. While the neigborhood its self could be a little better, I feel like I'm at the hub of all things great: mission, hayes, union sqare. Plus Rainbow grocery is right by.

Problems: the owner just doesn't seem to care about the place. If you call, the not-so-handy man will most likely get sent out, but he certainly never does a good job. I'm convinced that the owner keeps this place for the insurance money and has a deal with the handy man to quote high.

The previous reviewer complained about the heat of the apartment. Its called sun. Yes, I know its a rarity in San Francisco, but its nice. Open your windows--there's lots of them and you'll probably even get a cross breeze.
